Dover is the president of fsSTRATEGY, a consulting firm specializing in strategic advisory services for the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverage. He brings over 20 years of consulting experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, and has managed engagements across Canada as well as internationally in Europe, Asia, Africa, the United States, and the Caribbean.
Dover has contributed to the hospitality, food, and tourism industry as a volunteer with the Canadian Hotel Investment Conference, a member of the University of Guelph School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management Program Advisory Board. He is also an active member of NACAS, where he has conducted webinars, spoken at national conventions and contributed articles to their magazine. Dover’s many years of experience provides him with a unique perspective in understanding how c-store operators can successfully offer foodservice and increase their revenues.
