Francis Lapointe joins Parkland Corporation as new vice-president of retail for Canada

Parkland Corporation has confirmed to Convenience Store News Canada that Francis Lapointe  has joined Parkland Corporation as its new vice-president of retail for Canada.

News of the appointment came when Lapointe posted on his LinkedIn profile that he was starting his new position at Parkland Corporation. According to his LinkedIn profile, Lapointe had previously held the position of vice-president, operations Texas at Circle K with Alimentation Couche-Tard.

In a statement from Simon Scott, director, corporate communications with Parkland Corporation, Lapointe started on September 5 and as vice-president of Canadian retail operations “he will drive a customer-obsessed culture by leveraging our great assets, brands, offers and team members. Parkland’s Canadian retail business spans over 2,000 retail locations across the country. Francis will drive organic growth by delivering best in class execution through our field operations team and our category management and marketing groups.”
