Wayne Fueling Systems to be acquired by Dover Corporation

wayne-logo-ogAUSTIN, TEXAS – June 9, 2016 - Wayne Fueling Systems (“Wayne”), a global provider of fuel dispensing, payment, automation, and control technologies, majority-owned by funds managed by Riverstone Holdings LLC (“Riverstone”), announced today that Dover Corporation (“Dover”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Wayne business.

The transaction, which is expected to close in the second half of 2016, is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals.
