Alimentation Couche-Tard shareholders vote to elect full board slate
Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. shareholders voted to elect all proposed board director candidates during the company annual general meeting.
The election results match the proposed list of candidates outlined in the management proxy circular dated July 8, 2026. Every nominee secured a majority of votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting.
Marie Josée Lamothe received the highest percentage of support, with 746,880,325 votes in favour, representing 99.74% of the total votes cast, and 1,976,129 votes withheld. Stephen J. Harper also received high support, with 746,445,071 votes in favour, representing 99.68%, and 2,411,383 votes withheld. Louis Vachon earned 744,580,158 votes in favour, representing 99.43%, with 4,276,296 votes withheld.
Monique F. Leroux captured 743,682,488 votes in favour, or 99.31%, and 5,173,966 votes withheld. Janice L. Fields received 742,623,664 votes in favour, or 99.17%, with 6,232,790 votes withheld. Alex Miller secured 740,091,319 votes in favour, or 98.83%, and 8,765,135 votes withheld. Mélanie Kau garnered 734,676,089 votes in favour, or 98.11%, with 14,180,365 votes withheld.
Marie-Eve D'Amours received 727,903,086 votes in favour, representing 97.20%, and 20,953,368 votes withheld. Alain Bouchard received 723,938,264 votes in favour, representing 96.67%, with 24,918,190 votes withheld. Richard Fortin collected 723,317,011 votes in favour, representing 96.59%, and 25,539,443 votes withheld.
Karinne Bouchard received 711,161,950 votes in favour, or 94.97%, with 37,694,504 votes withheld. Réal Plourde gained 710,080,250 votes in favour, or 94.82%, and 38,776,204 votes withheld. Eric Boyko earned 709,825,809 votes in favour, or 94.79%, with 39,030,645 votes withheld. Eric Fortin received 708,543,868 votes in favour, or 94.62%, and 40,312,586 votes withheld.
Louis Têtu secured 668,535,888 votes in favour, representing 89.27%, with 80,320,566 votes withheld. Jean Bernier received 598,973,646 votes in favour, representing 79.99%, and 149,882,808 votes withheld.
