Wendy Kadlovski's professional journey has been a dynamic blend of roles in the Oil and Gas industry, entrepreneurial ventures, and academic leadership. With a background spanning Customer Service Management, Sales, and Territory Management in the Oil and Gas sector, Wendy transitioned into entrepreneurial pursuits. She successfully managed a chain of gift, souvenir, and convenience stores across Canada focusing on retail excellence. Wendy played a pivotal role in establishing the Old Firehall Confectionary brand concept and operating its flagship store.
Her academic achievements include an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Change Management from Carleton University.
Wendy is the past Chair of the Ontario Convenience Stores Association and is currently the Chair of the Markham Museum's fundraising entity. She has also contributed her expertise as a past Director of the Markham Jazz Festival.
Currently, Wendy serves as a Professor at the Seneca College School of Business, where she teaches business in the Graduate Certificate program. She is also the principal at Wise Strategic Management, a consultancy specializing in Operational Excellence and Change Management.
