Bruno Elemond’s impeccable work ethic, natural leadership and impressive agility in managing special projects—even under pressure—has impressed his supervisors. He inspires trust and fosters an environment that encourages learning and innovation.

“My proudest achievement is growing into a recognized leader in the fuel industry and taking strategic responsibilities for more than 800 sites and billions of litres of fuel,” he says, noting that he’s also grateful to be part of Circle K’s Emerging Leaders program.

Over the past year, Elemond successfully led the implementation of a new IT system, demonstrating remarkable technical expertise and the ability to rally stakeholders around a shared goal.

“To me, values like sustainability, community involvement and DE&I are no longer optional; they’re essential for companies that want to stay relevant and do the right thing,” he says.

“In the fuel industry, it’s especially important that innovation and environmental responsibility move forward together. As I build my career, I feel that future leaders must build an environment that creates space for team members to grow and be themselves at work.”

Elemond’s biggest challenge is navigating unpredictable fuel prices, but it has made him resilient.

“By working closely with my team, we turned uncertainty into opportunity, balancing immediate solutions with long‑term vision to keep moving forward and deliver results,” he says.
