2026 Future Leader in Convenience + Car Wash winner: CASSANDRA LIEDKE

Coming from a real estate background, Cassandra Liedke is now the main support for 19 retail sites. She’s proud to have played a crucial role launching a new back-office system for 16 sites.

“As part of this system, I took initiative in creating a new inventory management process to monitor each site to ensure targets are met and variances are investigated thoroughly,” she explains. 

“With the implementation of a bespoke ERP system, I played a leading role in the development of a reconciliation app designed to accompany the new inventory management process. I provide training and on-going support to all site managers and supervisors.”

Liedke values the knowledge gained by working with a diverse, experienced team and with cross-functional departments within the organization.

“I’m proud to work for a company that values both the internal members of the organization and the external community in which we are located,” she says.

“Being the first point of contact for all back-office and inventory related issues, my biggest challenge is taking charge of learning and self-educating on the back-office system beyond standard training. Working with managers and supervisors to effectively resolve queries and share this knowledge with all team members allows me to overcome challenges within my role.”
