2026 Future Leader in Convenience + Car Wash winner: DYLAN MOLINSKI

Dylan Molinski has a passion for c-stores and drives people to their best by being hands-on, supportive and coming up with simple procedures to help keep the more than 45 sites he leads consistent.

“One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a major dispenser upgrade project for Red River Co-op in 2024. We replaced 190 dispensers across 30 gas bars in under eight weeks, upgrading to Wayne Ovation II touchscreen models with TAPP-enabled payment,” he recalls.

“It was a fast-paced rollout that required detailed planning and coordination with local contractors and national suppliers. I’m proud of how my team kept everything running smoothly with minimal downtime and service interruptions for our customers. It was a great example of how preparation, teamwork and clear communication can make a big project successful.”

Molinski also launched the Co-op Car Wash App at Red River Co-op.

“I worked closely with the app developers and our car wash team to bring it to market, set operational standards and manage customer communications. We refined the app based on user feedback before expanding it to other Co-op locations. Five years later, it’s still growing. I’m proud to have helped build something that continues to benefit Co-ops across Western Canada,” he says.
