Described as a natural go-getter with a passion for data and insights, Lauren Fowler has executed a successful growth strategy, unlocking revenue growth and diversifying choice. One of her

proudest moments has been helping build the convenience channel from the ground up.

“Beer in convenience was uncharted territory in Ontario, and now it’s growing into a meaningful part of the business. Spearheading new initiatives and seeing brands like Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, and Grolsch grow in a new space has been really rewarding,” she says. 

“What I love most about this business is how community-minded it is. It’s built on relationships, creativity and problem-solving. I’m proud to represent brands with real heritage and character and to be part of occasions that bring people together.”

As the Canadian beer market continues to soar, Fowler believes the best companies stand for something bigger than what they sell.

“Prioritizing sustainability, inclusion and giving back shows you care about your people and your impact. You get the best results when you invest in those things because purpose drives performance,” she says.
