“Leading the creation of the Synergy Planning Framework at JTI has been my proudest achievement. It gave me the chance to bring people together, simplify how we work and build stronger connections across the country. Seeing it make a real difference in how teams collaborate and plan together has been incredibly fulfilling,” says Maxime Beauregard-Palardy, who is described as a visionary leader whose contributions have significantly elevated operational excellence and strategic alignment within the industry.

His creation of the Synergy Planning Framework introduced a new standard for transparency, collaboration and cross-functional planning.

“I value the people, creativity and resilience it takes to succeed in a complex environment. Every success comes from trust, teamwork and a shared sense of purpose. What makes me proud is seeing teams grow stronger together and build something that lasts beyond individual results,” he says.

“Leadership means creating a space where people feel safe, supported and valued. Ten years ago, I had a skiing accident that left me hydrocephalic. The recovery, both physical and mental, reshaped how I see life and leadership. It taught me resilience, humility and gratitude. Most of all, it reminded me that progress is built by showing up every day with courage and purpose, a mindset that continues to guide how I lead today.”
