Being part of a company that values community and diversity is important for Lang.

“It is imperative to look beyond business results and remember the impact we can have on the people and communities we serve,” she explains. 

“Ongoing legislative changes and the prevalence of illicit trade have been a continuous challenge. Remaining adaptable and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams has been essential in growing our market share despite these challenges.”

One of Lang’s greatest career accomplishments has been her long-standing involvement with the cadet program.

“Having first joined as a cadet and later continuing as an officer, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible impact this program has on youth development. Seeing former cadets grow into outstanding leaders within their communities has been very fulfilling,” she says.
