Working creatively with other industry leaders to develop exclusive merchandise from concept-to-consumer has been exciting, rewarding and fun for Nikki Warner. 

Described as a rising leader whose ability to anticipate customer needs and transform them into market opportunities is redefining the way the convenience and gas industry connects with its communities, she plays a pivotal role connecting customers with trend-right products and merchandising solutions for their stores.

Warner supports everyone from national brand category managers to independent store owners, handling a catalogue of more than 4,000 different general merchandise products.

“I value being a part of a team that develops high-quality merchandise, designed by Canadians for Canadians. I pride myself in listening to the needs of the customer and sourcing the right product for the right time,” she says.

“I’ve been incredibly lucky to work at SRP Canada where I’ve been mentored by forward-thinking leaders who have encouraged me to take charge regardless of age, gender or race. Diversity in the workplace is essential to catering to the Canadian consumer.”

Warner was a key project lead for the launch of SRP Canada’s products beyond the convenience channel into grocery and drug.

“This required breaking new ground with complicated vendor-onboarding and listing procedures that I had to teach myself how to execute. You can achieve anything when you do the reading,” she says.
