How did you get into this business? 

I started in 2019 as a student and became assistant manager at a Proxi c-store before joining operations at Harnois Énergies.

What are you most proud of? 

I led the launch of the PDI Fuel Pricing tool, ensuring a seamless transition for retailers and the fuel pricing team. By anticipating everyone’s needs and the impact, I put proactive solutions in place to ensure personalized support, clear communication and structured procedures.

What do you like most about your job? 

Being in the heart of the action, conquering challenges, contributing to my company’s success and supporting my team to succeed every day.

Biggest career challenge? 

At 25, I was promoted to manager, so I had to quickly demonstrate my leadership, credibility and skills while gaining confidence.

What’s the best career advice you’ve received? 

Patience has its virtues.

Career highlight? 

I’m proud to have evolved into management early in my career. My professionalism, devotion, desire to learn and open-mindedness enabled me to prove myself.

How do you define yourself as a leader? 

I’m always elevating our standards. My approach is at once human, detail-oriented, authentic and collaborative. I aim to deliver high-quality work while sharing my knowledge and guiding my team to success.

In addition, she played a leading role in deploying a site surveillance team that enabled overnight operations at locations that otherwise would have been closed, improving customer access and supporting additional sales growth.
