How did you get into this business?
After university, I was hired by RBH as a field representative within the bars and restaurants division. I was motivated by the opportunity to join a large organization and to grow within it. I’ve been with RBH for 22 years and have held eight different positions in the commercial division.
What do you like most about your job?
Working in a highly regulated industry requires creativity, agility and quickly adapting when circumstances demand it. Implementing initiatives despite the constraints we face is a source of motivation and professional satisfaction for me.
Biggest career challenge?
Evolving and performing in a highly regulated industry by consistently identifying practical solutions to complex challenges. Through close collaboration with internal teams and my clients, I’ve been able to advance strategic initiatives despite constraints, while creating sustainable value for the organization.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
Trusting myself and remaining true to who I am. It’s essential to preserve my leadership style, leverage my strengths and act with consistency and coherence in everything I do.
What excites you most about the future?
The essential role in bringing our vision of a smoke‑free future. The transition toward reduced risk alternatives represents a real transformation, requiring innovation, strong partnerships and a high level of execution discipline.
