How did you get into this business?
I was sales manager for a leading enterprise software company when I was head hunted by a UK-based consultancy firm for a newly created role to scope, define and execute the go-to market strategies for multiple countries in Southeast Europe.
Most proud of?
We recently launched a unified payment solution to address the changing needs of the retail convenience industry. This offering provides a seamless payment process, augmented security features, immersive media and video capabilities and enhances the overall customer experience. Along with revenue growth, the product provides new tools and visibility to site owners. I’m proud of how multiple networks are embracing this technology and are satisfied with results". What do you like most about your job? It’s fast-paced, energetic, dynamic and team oriented.
Biggest career challenge?
I’ve worked in multiple regions and countries. Changing regions—especially in sales—is challenging, with new markets, clients, drivers. The key is to focus on end goals, provide the best products and services, support them with a high-performing ecosystem and solidify our commitment to a loyal client base.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
There’s always a flip side to things, so approach each instance from different angles. This has helped with innovative thinking and creative problem-solving.

Working for the same organization across three continents and having a successful track record in each territory.
What excites you most about the future?
How we do things in the convenience retail industry is constantly changing, with new technologies being adopted. AI, personalized customer engagement and intelligent retail technology are all here. I’m excited we have the products and solutions to be a part of this transformation.
