Galleria Supermarket has opened a new Express store in midtown Toronto, which features popular items from the Korean grocery store.
The Express store – located at 2293 Yonge Street – is billed as a one-stop-shop K-food market with products like ramen, snacks, kimchi and marinade.
“We have been preparing to open a store based on the interest in Korean food and Korean products of not only Koreans living in Midtown, but also people who are growing due to the K-POP culture,” CEO Joseph Kim said in a statement.
This is Galleria's third Express location – it also has Express sites on Bloor and Wellesley Streets.
The Galleria Express Eglinton branch is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
