McDougall Energy acquires Hamilton, Ont.-based Vieira Fuels

Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.-based McDougall Energy Inc., has announced the acquisition of Vieira Fuels, a fuel distributor and HVAC service provider for residential and commercial customers in Hamilton, Ont. and surrounding areas.

This agreement will expand McDougall Energy’s existing customer base in the region and strengthen its home heat and commercial offerings in Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding regions.

This acquisition was finalized on October 12, 2021. Vieira Fuels will now operate under the McDougall Energy brand with local technicians and delivery vehicles from offices and hubs located in Hamilton, Burford, and St. Catharines.
