Nominations are open for the 2026 Star Women in Convenience Awards

It's that time of year again and we are thrilled to kick off the 2026 Star Women in Convenience Awards nominations! Now in it's ninth year, the awards shine a light on the incredible women making a difference in the convenience and forecourt channel across Canada. 

From retailers to distributors, manufacturers, association leaders and consultants, the 2026 Star Women in Convenience Awards will honour women demonstrating commitment, innovation and leadership. 

Do you know an industry star? We want to hear about her! Nominate colleagues, clients, vendor partners and more. 

THE DEADLINE IS FRIDAY MARCH 27th.

Winners will be selected in three categories:

Senior-level Stars (vice-presidents or higher)

Shining Stars (candidates who are not a vice-president or higher)

Store-level Stars (owners/operators or managers)

Criteria:

• Must work in the Canadian convenience industry

• Must not have been a previous winner in the same category (if someone has moved from Shining Star to Senior-level Star, she is eligible to win again).

Winners will be announced online in the All Convenience e-newsletter, featured in the July/August 2026 issue of Convenience Store News Canada magazine and celebrated at the annual Star Women in Convenience Event on September 23, 2026.
