Shingly Lee joins Guru Energy as VP marketing

Guru Organic Energy Corp. is welcoming Shingly Lee as vice-president of marketing.

Lee has more than a decade of experience in the food and beverage sector, most recently serving as head of marketing and brand at Alpha Foods. She previously worked at Danone on the Vega brand, The Kraft Heinz Company and Procter & Gamble. 

She also co-founded a start-up incubator with Young Women in Business and is a leadership mentor with Monday Girl.

Billed at the world's first natural energy drink, Guru is a fast-growing beverage company out of Montreal. Guru launched its first plant-based energy drink in 1999 and today the company markets organic energy drinks in Canada and the United States through an estimated distribution network of about 25,000 points of sale.
