2026 Star Women in Convenience winner: Jasmine Ahluwalia
Jasmine Ahluwalia
Omni marketing retail manager
Coke Canada Bottling
What are you most proud of during the last 12-18 months?
The past year has been one of the most rewarding of my career leading marketing across two of the world’s biggest global platforms—the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and FIFA. For the Olympics, I led the execution of exclusive, experience-driven programs with Canadian athletes, creating moments like meet-and-greets and immersive activations that brought fans closer to the brand. For FIFA, I partnered closely with key customers to launch high-impact retail programs, including exclusive Panini trading cards with 7-Eleven, branded store takeovers in key markets and a national rollout with Sunoco across 150 stores.
What do you like most about your job?
The ability to blend creativity with strategy and see ideas come to life in a tangible way. There’s something incredibly rewarding about starting with a big idea, often tied to a global platform and turning it into an in-store experience that connects with consumers in real time.
What excites you most about the future of this channel?
How quickly it’s always changing. New trends, products and shifts in consumer behaviour are constantly emerging and that unpredictability is what makes it so interesting. Over the past year, changes like alcohol entering the Ontario market reinforced how much the channel is evolving and how much opportunity still exists.
