Alimentation Couche-Tard is moving ahead with plans to acquire convenience and fuel retail sites from ARS Fresno LLC and certain affiliated companies.

Founded in 1999, Porter’s has 144 locations in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and Utah. The transaction includes 35 of its locations currently operated under the Porter’s brand and located predominately in Oregon and Western Washington.

"With this transaction, we look forward to growing in the pacific northwest and making our customers’ lives a little easier everyday in that region."
