Alimentation Couche-Tard announces sale of more U.S. stores

Alimentation Couche-Tard has put up for sale 21 Circle K convenience stores with gas operations located in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.

In September of this year, the company announced it was putting up for sale 68 Circle K convenience stores across 21 states.

As with that sale, this current one is being handled through NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC), a firm specializing in the structured sale of convenience stores and commercial real estate.

Bids for the 21 sites are due by January 16, 2024. 

In June of 2022, Alimentation Couche-Tard through NRC coordinate and manage the sale of 114 Circle K and Couche-Tard sites in the United States and Canada
