    GREENSBORO, N.C. – January 25, 2013 – Gilbarco Inc. and Tronitec, Inc. today announce the settlement of litigation that has been pending between them in U.S. District Court in Greensboro. The lawsuit, filed by Gilbarco on May 6, 2011, alleged that Tronitec had infringed Gilbarco’s copyright in certain software programs used in fuel dispensers manufactured and sold by Gilbarco.
