Couche-Tard looks to sell 36 locations in the United States

Alimentation Couche-Tard has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors group to oversee the sale of 36 Circle K locations in the United States. The locations are across 14 U.S. states with store sizes of up to 4,000 square feet and an average lot size of 25,000 square feet. 

According to the NCR, of the 36 convenience stores for sales, 23 have fuel service operations, 20 are fee sites and 16 sites are leased.

Bid deadline is December 4^th.

This is not the first time NRC has handles site sales for Couche-Tard. NRC represented Circle K on five occasions to coordinate and manage the sale of 717 c-store properties throughout the U.S. and Canada from 2008–present.
