"I am thrilled to join the Harnois Énergies family and lead the expansion of our food services division," Harton shared in French, on her LinkedIn page. She thanked the company's executive leadership and her immediate team for the warm welcome. "Foodservice is a vital pillar of the modern convenience store experience and I look forward to bringing innovative, high-quality culinary solutions to our customer network across the region."

Harton joins Harnois Énergies following her tenure with Groupe St-Hubert, one of Quebec’s most recognizable restaurant and food manufacturing brands. During her time with St-Hubert, she held key management positions overseeing foodservice operations, product development and brand strategy, bringing deep expertise in commercial culinary operations, supply chain coordination and consumer preferences.

Her appointment aligns with broader trends across the Canadian fuel and convenience sector, where operators are increasingly prioritizing high-margin food and beverage programs to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty amid evolving consumer habits.
