McDougall Energy acquires Gra Ham Energy to expand Ontario aviation footprint
Sault Ste. Marie-based fuel distributor McDougall Energy Inc. has expanded its presence in the provincial aviation sector following the acquisition of Gra Ham Energy's aviation business.
The deal includes Gra Ham Energy's aviation customer list and select aviation-related assets. The acquisition is designed to strengthen McDougall Energy's aviation fuel distribution capabilities across Ontario while supporting its ongoing focus on reliable product delivery, safe operations and local customer service.
Gra Ham Energy has historically supplied, delivered and dispensed petroleum products to residential heating, agricultural, commercial and aviation markets in the province. Its aviation operations have relied on fulfillment facilities located in St. Marys, Franktown and Sudbury.
Under the terms of the deal, Gra Ham Ene rgy's existing aviation clients will transition over to McDougall Energy. Teams from both companies are working directly with affected clients to ensure service continuity and a smooth transition process.
