McDougall Energy acquires Rosen Energy Group

Two of Ontario's longstanding fuel and lubricant distribution businesses have joined forces.

On May 31, McDougall Energy Inc. announced the acquisition of Rosen Energy Group. This acquisition expands McDougall Energy’s footprint into new communities, which include Kingston, Gananoque, Greater Napanee and the surrounding area. Once the acquisition is complete, Rosen Energy will operate under the McDougall Energy brand as its Kingston office.

Rosen Energy has been serving the Kingston area since 1875, supplying liquid fuel (unbranded heating oil, diesel and gasoline) to home and commercial customers, HVAC sales and installation, equipment servicing, service plans, and financing.
