OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions introduces OneShot Presoak Technology
Transchem Group, part of OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions, announced the launch and availability of its new presoak technology found in Turtle Wax Pro OneShot.
OneShot allows car wash operators to use less chemistry for the presoak portion of the wash, providing greater efficiency and cost savings. It is made to use approximately a shot’s worth of chemistry, allowing for a one 5-gallon container in-bay automatic vehicle washes to wash up to 630 cars in touchless applications, and 3,000 cars in tunnel washes.

This alkaline presoak is safe and effective for use in all cleaning environments, including soft-touch and touchless washes in self-serve, in-bay automatic and tunnel types. One of the major advantages to using OneShot is its ability to produce a low cost-per-car, stemming from its very low usage per application and high dilution rates. Especially in a touchless vehicle wash, which traditionally requires a large volume of chemistry to effectively clean a vehicle
