The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and High Noon have issued a recall of two lots of High Noon Beach Variety 12-packs as some of the packs contain cans that are filled with High Noon vodka seltzer alcohol and are mislabeled as Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink, Sparkling Blue Razz Edition with a silver top.

According to the recall notice posted by the FDA, consumption of the liquid in these cans will result in unintentional alcohol ingestion.

Celsius posted a notice as well about the recall and noted that the labelling error can about when “a shared, third-party can supplier” mistakenly shipped empty Celsius Astro Vibe cans to High Noon.

“Celsius was not involved in the production, filling, or distribution of the affected products. We are working closely with High Noon, its parent company Gallo, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau to fully investigate the incident, raise consumer awareness, and support High Noon with its voluntary recall. This recall does not involve any Celsius products, only aluminum cans bearing our artwork.”
