PepsiCo makes executive changes

New roles for Cara Keating and Rachel Ferdinando at the multinational food, snack and beverage company.

PepsiCo Inc., the American multinational food, snack and beverage company headquartered in Harrison, New York, is making some changes at the top at it U.S. and Canadian operations.

Former PepsiCo Foods Canada president Cara Keating is taking on a new role leading a united PepsiCo Canada Beverages & Foods business as CEO of PepsiCo Canada

A huge thank you to this talented, passionate team who made PepsiCo the #1 supplier in Kantar’s 2024 PoweRanking for the 9th consecutive year! I will miss this team, our retail partner relationships, and what we were able to achieve together. Rachel Ferdinando announced on LinkedIn she is transitioning from her role as president of PepsiCo Canada to CEO of PepsiCo U.S. Foods.

“This is a humbling and incredible opportunity to grow our business, and work with the talented PepsiCo U.S. Foods team,” he wrote announcing his move. “Together, we will continue to progress our company, community and industry. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey! To my team in Canada, leading you has been one of the greatest honors of my career. I am deeply grateful for your dedication and hard work, and have full confidence in the future of Canada and the outstanding leadership team.”

Jason Blake will remain as president of PepsiCo Beverages and Ryan Collis will move to take on the position of president of PepsiCo Foods Canada.
