SOTI adds mobility upgrades to SOTI One Platform
SOTI announced today significant enhancements to the SOTI One Platform.
The added features address the need for improved security postures and efficiency in the retail sector by providing organizations and frontline workers with greater device control, stronger identity management and increased operational visibility.
Recent high-profile retail data breaches highlight both the vulnerability and value of consumer data, along with the growing awareness among shoppers of how and where their information is shared and stored.
According to SOTI’s 2025 retail industry report, The Rise of Social Commerce: Turning Tech-Driven Browsers into Influenced Buyers, 83% of Canadian consumers say it is important when online retailers prioritize data protection and security, and 78% share that same sentiment for in-store purchases. Retailers are also facing increased pressure to deliver goods as quickly and efficiently as possible, as 84% of Canadian consumers reported the speed of delivery as an important factor when considering where to order online.
