2022 Star Women in Convenience Awards Event: Photo gallery
The room buzzed with energy, excitement and good cheer as the industry came together on October 12 to celebrate a record 42 Star Women in Convenience winners.
Sandra Parente, SVP, grocery and convenience, EnsembleIQ, welcomed the crowd to the first in-person celebration since 2019.
Mondelēz Canada president Karla Schlieper captivated the audience with her keynote, in which she shared personal anecdotes and lessons that have shaped her as a person and business leader.
Convenience Store News Canada editor and associate publisher, Michelle Warren, moderated an engaging, authentic and valuable panel discussion, featuring Kelly Rand of Parkland Corporation, Dimple Seghal of Petro-Canada, Erica Morningstar of Coca-Cola, Beverley Mawby of Great Canadian Meat Company and Jessica Dolphin of 7-Eleven Canada.
The event capped off with the awards presentation, where industry supporters were brought to their feet, enthusiastically cheering on colleagues, clients and partners.
