Bench Brewing Company acquires Ace Hill and Liberty Village brands

Acquisition strengthens Bench Brewing's leadership in the Canadian craft beverage space.

Bench Brewing Company announced it has acquired Ace Hill and Liberty Village brands from Ace Beverage Group

The acquisition includes all intellectual property and distribution rights, expanding Bench's growing portfolio of Canadian craft beverages and strengthening its presence across Ontario.

Taking on the Ace Hill adds to Bench Brewing Company’s portfolio a lineup of beers and ready-to-drink beverages (RTDs), including Ace Hill Pilsner and Lemon Vodka Soda. Liberty Village adds a cider lineup, such as Zero Sugar Dry Cider.

Both brands will continue to operate under their existing identities.
