Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) announced the acquisition of Site IQ LLC (SIQ).

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), a part of Dover Corporation, announced the acquisition of Site IQ LLC (SIQ), an Industrial IoT (IIoT) company specializing in edge computing, telematics, and cloud services.

For DFS customers, this acquisition means greater insight into site performance, faster issue resolution, and more efficient operations.

“SIQ brings proven software capabilities that perfectly complement the solutions we already offer customers,” said David Crouse, president of DFS. “By seamlessly integrating with our DFS DX Monitor platform, their technology strengthens our vision of a more connected, intelligent, and secure forecourt—helping fuel retailers simplify complexity, reduce downtime, and stay ahead of maintenance needs.”

SIQ delivers an end-to-end software platform designed to simplify forecourt management. With intuitive dashboards, real-time analytics, and automated workflows, the solution removes the guesswork from daily operations and helps fuel retailers make faster, more informed decisions. It enables fueling retailers to oversee dispenser performance and health to reduce downtime and extend equipment life; dispatch service technicians as needed with more context and speed, cutting unnecessary service calls; and access to real-time site data through intuitive dashboards to make faster, more informed operational decisions.

SIQ’s solution works in tandem with the DFS DX Monitor platform.

“With the integration of SIQ, we’re expanding our ability to support more customers, at more sites, with smarter, faster tools to manage their forecourts,” said Kendra Keller, VP and GM of North America at DFS. “This acquisition not only allows us to scale our own reach, but also helps enable more distributors and service providers to deliver modern, cloud-connected solutions across a broader network. We’re excited to welcome the SIQ team and their customers into our organization as we continue to grow together.”

“We built SIQ to simplify the challenges that come with managing modern fueling sites,” said Kishore Gangwani, founder and CEO of SIQ. “We’ve always believed in making smart technology easy to use. Joining DFS gives us the opportunity to bring that vision to more customers with a team that shares our commitment to innovation and excellence. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, and even more excited about what comes next.”
