Jones Soda draws up colourful collaboration with Crayola
The soda company known for its bold colours and flavours celebrates its 30th anniversary by collaborating with another colourful brand: Crayola.
For its back-to-school launch, the brand paired its crayon-like look with the famous art brand to tap into school-shopping nostalgia.
"As we celebrate 30 years of Jones Soda, this collaboration represents the type of authentic partnership we believe can create meaningful brand momentum. Crayola is colourful, creative, nostalgic and deeply connected to community, making it a natural fit for Jones and our anniversary-year strategy," said Scott Harvey, chief executive officer of Jones Soda Co.
The limited-edition six-pack will be available at retail and online through Jones Soda's direct-to-consumer platform, only until supplies last.
"At Crayola, we seek out partners who share our passion for inspiring creativity across generations and this collaboration with Jones Soda does exactly that—just with a flavourful twist," said Anna Roca, head of global partnerships at Crayola. "It's a vibrant, multi-sensory experience that encourages fans of all ages to explore, create and rediscover the joy of colour in a fresh, unexpected way."
Retail boxes will include six commemorative Jones Soda bottles packaged in one collectible six-pack box. Direct-to-consumer orders will include the same commemorative Crayola and Jones Soda six-pack box, with the addition of four colouring pages, and one eight-pack of crayons.
At the time of publishing, the anniversary pack is only available in the U.S.
