Lactalis Canada ups Nathalie Cusson to lead fluid division

Cusson is responsible for overall long-term strategy, sales, marketing and retail partnerships, as well as the company’s expansion into the plant-based category.

Lactalis Canada has promoted Nathalie Cusson to the position of general manager of its fluid division.

Cusson is responsible for overall long-term strategy, sales, marketing and retail partnerships, as well as the company’s expansion into the plant-based category.

She replaces Vincent Metz, who has been promoted to the role of vice president of marketing for Lactalis Americas; while David Gillespie will assume Cusson’s former role as vice president of sales for the fluid division.

“Nathalie has been integral to the success of our fluid division and I am confident that with her leadership and expertise, we will continue to drive our Fluid business forward,” said Mark Taylor, president and CEO, Lactalis Canada, in a statement. “We are committed to the growth and development of our people and for me, Nathalie is a true example of someone who has had a progressive track record at Lactalis Canada starting out as a Sales representative and now a member of Lactalis Canada’s executive team.”

Cusson has worked at Lactalis Canada for 23 years, holding a number of sales roles. She most recently served as vice president, sales, for the fluid division, where she led contract negotiations and contributed to driving commercial results.

“I’m thrilled to bring my sales experience and category expertise to this new leadership role at Lactalis Canada during a time when our fluid business is evolving and the needs of our customers and consumers are also evolving,” Cusson said in a statement.
