Paytronix adds new features to guest engagement platform
Car wash operators, convenience store and QSR operators can now connect campaign execution directly to guest behaviour and sales through the latest evolution of Paytronix Messaging.
Paytronix, an Access Hospitality company, announced the upgrade to its messaging software. The tool is now built natively inside Access Evo, the company's unified guest engagement platform. The launch gives marketing teams a faster, more self-sufficient way to build, test, schedule and manage campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications.
By connecting campaign execution with loyalty and guest behaviour data, marketers can reach relevant audiences and track how campaigns influence visits, redemptions and spend.
Bridging the gap between messages and revenue
General stores, gas stations and c-store operators often manage campaigns, loyalty data, guest segmentation, rewards and reporting across disconnected systems. This fragmentation slows execution and makes it hard to determine if marketing efforts lead to actual store visits and sales.
Paytronix Messaging brings separate workflows together into one platform. Rather than relying solely on opens and clicks, opertors can view visit rates, redemption rates, average spend and engagement metrics in a single performance dashboard without exporting data or creating spreadsheets.
“Bringing Paytronix Messaging to Access Evo is an important milestone in the evolution of our guest engagement platform,” said Santosh Neupane, principal product manager at Paytronix. “It gives hospitality marketers a simpler way to act on connected guest and loyalty data, deliver relevant campaigns and measure impact through visits, redemptions and spend. Just as importantly, it creates the foundation for us to continue expanding our messaging, automation, personalization and intelligence capabilities over time.”
Core features and automated journeys
The updated platform includes several core features designed to streamline operations, such as a guided four-step process that reduces setup time and limits reliance on technical support. It also offers cross-channel execution, where teams can manage email, SMS and push campaigns using consistent audiences, control groups and reward setups.
Staff can use connected loyalty, transaction offers and behaviour data to target audiences without needing a separate platform. The unified dashboard connects campaign activity directly to visitors for business outcome reporting. It also offers experimentation and planning to help teams evaluate messaging approaches, while a centralized calendar and duplication tools speed up campaign planning.
For brands seeking more advanced orchestration, Paytronix offers advanced messaging. This feature adds automated, behaviour-based guest journeys through a tool called journey builder. Car wash operators and convenience store operators can create multi-touch journeys that trigger based on guest actions like visits, clicks and redemptions. Behavioural decision logic routes guests through different paths, while progressive incentives reserve top rewards for guests needing extra motivation.
Future expansion plans
The release marks a step toward expanded automation, personalization, analytics and AI-assisted tools for Paytronix.
The company plans to expand its messaging capabilities throughout 2027 and beyond. Planned future updates include AI-assisted content creation, dynamic content personalization, reusable message libraries, expanded testing features and activation across additional channels.
Paytronix currently serves more than 1,800 restaurant and convenience store brands across 50,000 global sites.
