Day 2 of the C-store IQ Conference at The Convenience U CARWACS Show is all about leadership: Join us to celebrate the inaugural winners of the Future Leaders in Convenience + Car Wash Awards (FLICC).
The FLICC Awards will be presented as part of the C-Store IQ Conference on the second day of the show and is a celebration you won’t want to miss. The FLICC Awards highlight and honour the talent and achievements of exceptional emerging leaders under the age of 40, while also providing valuable learning opportunities and inspirations.
The morning event kicks off with breakfast an inspiring keynote, followed by panel discussions, an economic update and the FLICC Awards Ceremony, where winners will be invited to the stage to accept their award, followed by lunch.
The inaugural 22 winners come from diverse backgrounds and excel in a wide variety of roles. They go above and beyond to innovate, problem solve, exceed customers’ expectations, support others and build careers that align with their personal values on important issues, such as sustainability and inclusivity.
