In a statement on LinkedIn, the company said: "Nick’s appointment marks a significant milestone for Canco as we continue our expansion and dedication to serving communities across Canada. With more than 200 sites from Coast to Coast, Canco is committed to providing convenience, reliability, and exceptional service to our customers. As COO, Nick will be instrumental in shaping the future of Canco’s operations. His strategic vision and deep industry knowledge will guide the next phase of our growth, helping us enhance our offerings and improve the experience to better serve customers’ needs."
Canco’s origin story began with two independent dealers and a big vision. Seventeen years ago, Parmjeet Singh Sehgal and Ravinder Nijjar were working at gas stations, saving money to buy their own site in Kamloops, B.C. That store turned into a second location and it snowballed: Today the company has sites across the country, with a notable push into Ontario in recent years.
