Portfolio reach and growth strategy

Haleon's Canadian product lineup holds a strong presence across retail channels. According to the company, six in 10 Canadian households rely on at least one Haleon brand. As of last year, the 2025 Product of The Year lineup included Tums Chewy Bites with Gas Relief.

Cavinatto noted that the reach of the company's product line made the role an exciting opportunity.

"Throughout my career, I've been inspired by opportunities to transform businesses, accelerate growth and help teams achieve ambitious goals," Cavinatto said. "That's what makes this opportunity so compelling. Haleon's portfolio of brands is rooted in science and consumer understanding with six in 10 Canadian households relying on at least one of our iconic brands. To lead a business with this kind of reach and impact is a true privilege and an opportunity that deeply inspires me."

She added that she looks forward to working with internal teams, retail customers, and commercial partners to support the company's continued growth and innovation across Canada.
