EnsembleIQ recognized as a top workplace for career growth

Convenience Store News Canada’s parent company, EnsembleIQ was named one of the “Best Companies for Career Growth” earlier this week. 

The title comes from Comparably, a workplace evaluation firm.

EnsembleIQ was recognized for its outstanding career growth opportunities.

The honour is based on Comparably’s ratings of over 70,000 companies. EnsembleIQ employees shared ratings voluntarily and anonymously between May 2022 and May 2023 about how they feel about Ensemble’s professional development opportunities, mentorship, challenging work and the frequency of valuable feedback on how to improve. 

Comparably’s leading brand reputation platform has led more than 20 million anonymous employee ratings.

In the past, Comparably has honoured EnsembleIQ – which has offices in both Chicago and Toronto – as a “Best Place to Work in Chicago” and in the “Best Leadership Teams” category. EnsembleIQ is also featured in The Career Directory 2023, which tells recent graduates that EnsembleIQ is a great place to start their career.
