Hodges brings more than two decades of dedicated service and executive leadership to Nestlé Professional. Throughout his distinguished 20-plus year career with Nestlé, he has successfully directed high-impact operations across both Canadian domestic markets and international assignments. Most recently serving as the business executive officer for nutrition, Hodges' vast cross-functional background equips him with the deep organizational insight and industry expertise necessary to drive modern foodservice strategy.
In his new role, Hodges will focus on building commercial momentum, accelerating innovation, and expanding high-value partnerships across the out-of-home and professional dining channels. Hodges assumes leadership following the planned retirement of long-time executive Richard Burjaw on July 31, 2026.
