Rabba Fine Foods and its Rabba Roots Community Giving program is collaborating with Lassonde to donate over 4,000 organic juice boxes and nearly 4,500 SunRype Fruitsource Fruit Snacks to The Mississauga Food Bank.

This contribution comes just before the start of the school year, aiming to assist local children and families during the back-to-school rush.

Rabba Fine Foods has been partnering with The Mississauga Food Bank for over fifteen years.

“We are grateful to be able to help hundreds of children and provide them with healthy snacks to give them energy to learn,” says Rima Rabba, leader of the Rabba Roots Community Giving Program. “Respected partners like Lassonde are integral to the success of our Rabba Roots program. Without partnerships like this one we would not be able to help support The Mississauga Food Bank and its important work.”

The number of neighbours in need who have turned to The Mississauga Food Bank has increased by almost 60% compared to before the pandemic.

Rabba, with its vendors, regularly joins forces to assist community partners. Through the Rabba Roots Community Giving Program, the company aims to contribute items that foster a healthy lifestyle, promoting and encouraging sustainable, health-conscious choices.
