Focus is on clean transportation; energy efficiency; renewable energy; pollution prevention and control; sustainable water and wastewater management in car washes; and green buildings.
The expanded convenience business, which brings together two rival distributors, will operate under the Core-Mark brand and will be headquartered in Texas.
