Caroline Nadeau takes on GM role for Conagra Brands in Canada

Nadeau will help the company drive growth and innovation.

Conagra Brands has announced the appointment of Caroline Nadeau as general manager for Canada.

Conagra Brands in making the announcement of her appointment says Nadeau “brings extensive leadership experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation and operational excellence at multiple high-performance organizations including Coca-Cola, Dare Foods Ltd., Campbell’s Soup Company and SC Johnson.”

Nadeau has served as vice-president and general manager franchise operations for the Western/Pacific U.S. region at Coca-Cola North America

"It’s an incredible opportunity to work with a portfolio of iconic and innovative brands, and I’m truly energized to help advance the CPG agenda in Canada—driving growth, championing innovation, and putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do," Nadeau wrote on her LinkedIn page about her new role. "I’m grateful for all the experiences and people who’ve shaped my journey so far, and I can’t wait to get started on this next chapter with the amazing team at Conagra."

In her new role, Nadeau will report to Paul Hogan, who will focus on managing Conagra’s International Operating Segment. Both Lynne Strickler, head of marketing for the Canada business unit, and Tim Lute, head of the Canadian customer and commercial leadership organization, will report to her. 

"Caroline brings impressive leadership experience in the CPG industry and a proven track record of driving growth, innovation and operational excellence," wrote Hogan on his LinkedIn page upon Nadeau's appointment. "She is the perfect leader to guide our Canadian operations in the future. I’m thrilled to see what we can achieve together as I continue leading Conagra’s International Operating Segment."
