Conagra Brands Canada announces two senior appointments

Myriam Ouaiss and Zora Crowder will take on roles in grocery and frozen foods.

Conagra Brands Canada has announced two senior appointments.

Myriam Ouaiss has been promoted to director of marketinggrocery. Ouaiss brings nearly six years of experience at Conagra Brands where she held various roles in innovation and brand management. Prior to that, she built her career in marketing for over 10 years, working for CPG companies in Morocco such as Unilever, Coca-Cola and Group Bel, where she oversaw diverse brands and categories.

Conagra Brands Canada also announced that Zora Crowder will be leading the company’s frozen group as director of marketing, frozen. She brings over 15 years of experience in consumer packaged goods and previous to her new position, she worked as marketing director, grocery for Conagra.

The appointments come during a time of strong growth for Conagra.

In the company’s second quarter results for the fiscal year of 2025, the Chicago-based producer of packaged goods and foodservice products reported that for its second quarter is had net sales of US$3.2 billion with a gross profit at US$847 million. For its various market segments, Conagra reported that for Grocery and Snacks, nest sales increased by 2% to US$1.3 billion and in the Refrigerated and Frozen segment, nets sales remained flat at $1.3 billion and in the Foodservice segment had net sales of US$292 million in the quarter, slipping by 0.9%.
