Marissa Jarratt stepping away from 7-Eleven
Marissa Jarratt took to her LinkedIn to announce that she is stepping away from her role as executive vice-president and chief marketing and sustainability officer for 7-Eleven.
News first surfaced of her departure earlier in the month when an internal memo at 7-Eleven was seen by C-Store Dive. According to C-Store Dive, that memo said that Jarratt’s departure was announced internally on November 19, 2025 and her last day with the company was January 2. That memo was signed by former CEO Joseph DePinto.
“When I joined in 2019, the ambition was clear: modernize a beloved, iconic brand and build capabilities that would matter for the next generation of customers, franchisees, and stakeholders. What followed was one of the most meaningful chapters of my career,” wrote on her LinkedIn.
Jarratt highlighted several achievements with 7-Eleven, including, reimagining the “7-Eleven portfolio through award-winning platforms like Take It to Eleven and Always Open, and breakthrough activations including Cars of 7-Eleven and 7Collection; a transformed marketing engine — scaling loyalty to 100M+ members, accelerating personalization, and launching Gulp Media Network; and sustainability into how we operate and grow, advancing Green Challenge goals and expanding the reach and impact of the 7-Eleven CARES Foundation.”
